Manage your energy, not your time.

How do senior leaders sustain momentum? That question was at the core of my research back in 2013. Essentially, the answer rests on managing your intellectual, physical and emotional energy: self-awareness and clarity of purpose help.
I came across this HBR article today which, although written in 2007, is well worth a read.
The article by Tony Schwartz and Catherine McCarthy is well worth a read: Manage your energy, not your time.
If you would like to learn more about my work in this area, with teams and senior leaders just get in touch.
