Retreats and Workshops

No one can run on empty. At Go For Growth, we collaborate with fascinating people to design retreat-based and on-site workshops that stimulate the creative mind. Our workshops provide you with time to think, time to breathe and decide what might be possible now and over the longer-term.

Our next retreat-based workshop is about finding the source of your energy: providing you with a place to explore your strengths, what you really care about and how you want to move forward.

The space we are creating is our response to requests from clients who need a place to regroup with interesting people. A place to gain clarity about what is really important. A place where there is plenty of time to walk, talk, be silent and experience new ways to unleash the creative mind.

This retreat is a place for you to explore what makes you tick and the impact you have on the people around you. You will have time to think about why you do the things you do and how you want to move forward: what you really care about.

Due to the worldwide impact of Covid-19, we cannot run this workshop in the summer of 2020. However, our current plan is to offer this three-night retreat in spring 2021.

Having experienced this artful approach for myself, and with clients, it's a very simple, easy, yet elegant way to work and connect with our innate creative intelligence, at a much deeper level. Jeanette will be sharing her fascinating story as to how her unique and expertly created Voicing Possibilities Coaching Cards came about. In addition, we'll get to 'play', as well as learning about their various and powerful applications, which Jeanette has extensively researched and evidenced.

I interviewed Jeanette as part of the International for Women Excellence webinar series. The topic of the session was “Resolving Conflict with Head, Heart & Gut”, which touched upon conflict resolution in informal work settings as well as more formal negotiation and mediation settings. She shared her personal stories along with many insightful tips and strategies. I recommend Jeanette as a speaker, presenter, facilitator on the subject of conflict resolution, negotiation and mediation as she’s ‘been there and done that’ and therefore is able to connect with and support the audience with a very personal and engaging approach.

Having had the pleasure to recently work with Jeanette on a conference which she organised, I was struck by her responsiveness, wonderful enthusiasm, energy and professionalism…Anyone lucky enough to apply her impressive coaching and business talents will no doubt have the same great experience that I had.
